ADN Group is seeking an IT Healthcare Project Manager / MMIS Operations Lead to support the State of South Carolina's Medicaid Enterprise Systems, driving MMIS and encounter processing operations from Columbia, SC.

The role is onsite for 30-90 days, then hybrid, contracted on a 12+ month W2 basis, leading operations, vendor performance, incident management, and security compliance with CMS/SSA standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project/Program Management overseeing healthcare system implementations or enhancements.
• 3+ years managing system operations/administrative programs within a healthcare domain.
• Strong background in Medicaid systems (MMIS), MCO enrollment, claims, or encounter processing (Highly Preferred).
• Experience with ticketing systems, SOP authoring, and SLA governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tech, Healthcare (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations, production support, EDI/interface workflows, and UAT teams for Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MMIS).
• Manage vendor performance, monitor critical SLAs, and oversee release/change management pipelines.
• Drive incident management, ticketing escalations, and root-cause resolution (including on-call/after-hours operational oversight).
• Develop operational process flows, desk aides, and SOPs for healthcare service lines.
• Ensure end-to-end security compliance with CMS and SSA standards.
