The successful candidate will manage scope, timelines, budget, and risk, while providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. 5+ years of PM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in technology projects within healthcare or state government environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing project deadlines and critical paths.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of MMIS modules and components
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate vendors, project managers, and stakeholders through effective project governance and master scheduling
• Monitor project risks, deliverables, and overall project performance
• Ensure all project requirements and deliverables are successfully met
• Manage resources across multiple vendors and state teams through planning, implementation, go-live, and certification phases
• Provide regular project updates to leadership, executives, and legislative stakeholders
• Analyze project progress and proactively address challenges
