Job summary

My3Tech in Columbia, SC seeks an IT Healthcare Consultant - Project Manager to oversee MMIS, Encounter Processing System, and related operations. You will coordinate vendors, monitor SLAs, and lead release management and readiness checks.

You will drive incident management, develop process flows and SOPs, manage team workload, and ensure compliance with security requirements and approval processes while mentoring staff and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field.
• 3+ years of experience managing system operations or administrative program functions in a healthcare environment.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience managing system implementations or enhancements.
• Ability to provide incident management on call and after hours.
