UFC Gym in La Mirada is hiring an MMA Sales Manager responsible for offering excellent member service while achieving revenue goals through private training sales. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of training techniques, customer service focus, and strong organizational skills. This role requires working with both members and coaches to ensure club success.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques and sales.
• Experience in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) techniques preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training.
• Ensure coaches are productive and revenue goals are met.
• Handle member service matters and maintain facility.
