UFC GYM in La Mirada, CA is seeking a Membership Specialist to welcome guests, present the Fitness Tour, and convert inquiries into memberships. You will drive appointments, deliver outstanding customer service, and help members maximize their fitness journeys.

Responsibilities

Represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative experience for members and guests during visits.
Drive potential members into the gym and deliver excellent customer service.
Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet monthly goals.
Ensure 100% of guests are presented the Fitness Tour while touring around the gym.
Follow up with enrolled members to exceed expectations.
Provide the highest level of customer service when interacting with guests.
Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.
