A leading fitness organization is seeking an MMA Sales Admin Manager in Miami, Florida. This role involves ensuring a positive customer experience and achieving revenue goals related to Private Training and Supplements. Responsibilities include managing client interactions, conducting training sessions, and overseeing club administration. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be knowledgeable in personal training and mixed martial arts, and have a background in customer service. This is a full-time position requiring availability seven days a week.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be able to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training and Small Group Training with members.
• Manage client scheduling and appointments.
• Work with the Fitness Manager to meet financial goals.
