Job summary

UFC GYM in California is seeking an MMA Coach to deliver high‑touch member service, lead private and small group training, and help drive supplement revenue. You will ensure accurate program delivery, track progress, and greet members with professionalism.

Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required to meet class and coaching demand. The role emphasizes safety, coaching quality, and brand alignment with Train Different.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Ability to operate all fitness equipment and modify programs safely.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; familiarity with the dotFIT program.
• Weekend availability and reliable punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Lead private training sessions and small group training with members.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities including supplement booths and seminars.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs and tracking progress.
• Maintain clean training spaces and ensure equipment readiness.
• Meet monthly revenue objectives for private coaching and supplements.
