Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver outstanding member service, private training, and program administration that supports revenue goals.

You will drive private and small group training sales, assist with supplement programs, and host events while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy club atmosphere for members and guests alike.

Weekend availability is required; candidates should be customer-focused, highly organized, and ready to manage client schedules and training spaces efficiently.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Must be able to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Possess a strong customer service focus.
• Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members, and staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic record-keeping.
• Must be computer proficient with basic skills in Word and Excel.
• Ability to work, set up, and execute successful weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, measurement tracking, workouts).
• Reach revenue objectives through Personal Training and supplement sales.
• Conduct guest tours and complete sales through turnover process.
• Execute effective prospecting with Starter Sessions and other activities.
• Independently schedule and manage client appointments and sessions.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions per their availability and needs.
• Maintain scheduling records and adjust for changes or cancellations.
• Handle self-directed appointment setting, follow-ups, and rescheduling.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy.
• Maintain neat presentation of the training spaces.
