Job summary

UFC Gym in Chicago is seeking an MMA Coach to deliver exceptional member service, private and small group training, and drive supplement revenue. You will work weekend shifts and focus on revenue attainment through coaching and fitness programs.

Responsibilities include selling sessions, conducting tours, and maintaining club presentation. A strong customer service mindset, CPR/First Aid, and UFC Gym certifications are preferred as part of our team culture.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Working knowledge of dotFIT program and software.
• Ability to operate all fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies, safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, positive attitude.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Clear and concise communication.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private and Small Group Training with Members.
• Assist members and encourage participation in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, and measurement tracking.
• Arrive on time, prepared for training appointments.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities such as supplement booths and seminars.
• Sell training sessions and conduct guest tours; complete sales via Turn-Over process.
• Achieve personal monthly revenue objectives for Private Coaching and Supplements.
• Perform Starter Sessions and prospecting activities.
• Maintain neat organization of fitness floor and training spaces.
• Document daily workouts for liability and certification standards.
• Be knowledgeable of club facilities and services.
• Adhere to schedule set by the MMA Manager.
