Emporia is seeking an MMA Coach to deliver private and small group training, manage member programs, and drive supplement and training revenue. The role emphasizes exceptional member service, timely sessions, and adherence to safety protocols.

The position requires knowledge of fitness programming, strong customer service skills, and weekend availability to meet club goals. Training and development opportunities are provided within a dynamic MMA environment.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required or in progress.
• Certification from UFC Gym or Pro-Am background preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Administer client programs, supplement purchases, and tracking.
• Fulfill revenue goals for private coaching and supplements.
• Execute starter sessions and prospecting activities.
• Support weekend scheduling as required.
