UFC GYM in California is seeking an MMA Coach to deliver exceptional member service, private training, and supplement revenue generation. You will conduct private and small group sessions, maintain safe training spaces, and ensure clients achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Working knowledge of the DotFIT program and software.
• Ability to adjust and operate all fitness equipment.
• Strong customer service focus; professional communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private and Small Group Training with Members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking and workout programs.
• Lead revenue-generating activities such as seminars, workshops, and supplement booths.
• Meet personal monthly revenue objectives for Private Coaching and Supplements.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy.
