Job summary

The UFC Gym is seeking an MMA Coach in Chicago to deliver private and group training, drive supplement and training revenue, and ensure a positive member experience. You will manage schedules, conduct private MMA sessions, and guide members through programs aligned with UFC Gym's Train Different philosophy.

Responsibilities include achieving monthly revenue objectives, performing starter sessions, and maintaining a safe, organized training floor.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Working knowledge of the dotFIT program and software.
• Able to operate all fitness equipment.
• Strong customer service focus and professional demeanor.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• TrustLine and LiveScan clearances may be required.
• State certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members and encourage involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs and supplement purchases.
• Achieve personal monthly revenue objectives for private coaching and supplements.
• Perform starter sessions and prospecting activities.
• Maintain organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces.
• Follow policies regarding payment transactions and daily workout documentation.
