Job summary

ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician II in the Laboratory department. The MLT II will perform processing, evaluation, recognition, and interpretation of specimens and may provide guidance to coworkers when on-site supervision is absent.

The role requires an accredited associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology, ASCP MLT eligibility, and strong collaboration within a dynamic clinical lab setting at Monroe Regional Hospital.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
• ASCP MLT eligible at time of hire (or eligible to obtain certification within one year).

Responsibilities

• Process, evaluate, recognize, and interpret specimens.
• Provide guidance to coworkers when on-site supervisor is absent.
• Ensure quality and accuracy in laboratory testing.
