Job summary

Canva is seeking a Real Estate Partnerships Manager in San Francisco to own MLS onboarding end-to-end. You will coordinate across MLSs, brokerages, our data partner, legal, finance, and engineering to get customers live faster.

As Canva scales, you’ll evolve the onboarding playbook while ensuring compliance and efficient processes. You’ll advise product on data needs and represent Canva in external negotiations.

Qualifications

• Deep MLSknowledge and relationships across MLSs or data providers.
• Strong understanding of data licensing, compliance, and related agreements.
• Experience navigating multi-party onboarding, legal, finance, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own MLS onboarding end-to-end from kickoff to go-live, coordinating across stakeholders.
• Navigate forms, agreements, vendor registrations, data license agreements, and approvals.
• Design a repeatable onboarding playbook that scales with Canva's growth.
• Own compliance reviews of MLS connections and renewals with legal and finance.
• Advise Product on data requirements and roadmap decisions for MLS partnerships.
• Drive automation to reduce onboarding time and manual steps.
• Grow Canva's PropTech Partner Ecosystem and participate in industry events.
