Job summary
Canva is seeking a Real Estate Partnerships Manager to own MLS onboarding end-to-end and manage Real Estate Tech Partners. You will coordinate with MLSs, brokerages, legal, finance, and engineering to bring customers live quickly.
The role requires deep MLS expertise, strong workflow design, and the ability to represent Canva in negotiations. Hybrid work is available in our San Francisco area, with a broad benefits package and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of MLS experience or deep MLS ecosystem exposure
- Strong knowledge of US MLS operations—IDX/VOW licensing, RESO standards
- Comfort representing Canva in negotiations and onboarding forms
- Ability to design and run multi-party onboarding workflows
- Extensive industry connections with PropTech players
Responsibilities
- Own MLS onboarding end-to-end from kickoff to go-live.
- Navigate forms, vendor registration, data license agreements and approvals.
- Build and maintain a repeatable onboarding playbook.
- Own compliance and audit of MLS connections with finance/legal.
- Advise Product on data requirements and roadmap decisions.
- Drives automation to reduce onboarding time and manual steps.
- Grow Canva's PropTech partner ecosystem and represent Canva at industry events.
