Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical, medical laboratory science, or related field.
• Minimum two years of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards in a high‑volume lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of blood and biological specimens per procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and result reporting.
• Support quality assurance activities and proficiency testing.
• Train and supervise junior staff and students as needed.
• Ensure safety, infection control, and equipment maintenance protocols.
