Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• 2+ years of clinical lab experience preferred.
• Successful completion of CLIA-related training and regulatory requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-analytical activities including equipment maintenance, function checks, inventory control, and specimen collection.
• Conduct post-analytical activities such as reporting results and providing technical support.
• Complete tests according to standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in proficiency testing and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Assist in education and orientation of new staff and students.
