Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• Field of study: laboratory science or MLS; CLIA equivalency if needed.
• Education from accredited institution; regulatory requirements may apply.
• Equivalent lab training and experience per CLIA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies including PPE, handwashing, and hazardous chemical handling.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and spaces; cleaning and disinfection.
• Perform pre-analytical activities: specimen collection, equipment checks, inventory control.
• Conduct post-analytical activities: reporting results and technical support.
