Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Sciences required.
• ASCP Medical Technologist certification required.
• 4 years of experience in a Specialty Laboratory required.
• Advanced computer skills and laboratory equipment knowledge essential.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen processing, test performance, and result reporting.
• Adhere to quality control policies and document calibrations and maintenance.
• Develop and implement training programs and competency assessments.
• Review training materials and update SOPs as needed.
• Support lab leadership with project validations and workflow improvements.
