Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory sciences, medical technology, or laboratory sciences required.
• 4 years of laboratory experience required.
• ASCP certification (MLT/MT/MLA/Histologists) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests and report results per CLIA guidelines.
• Maintain quality control records and calibrations.
• Initiate corrective actions and notify supervision when issues arise.
• Ensure proficiency testing samples are tested like patient samples.
• Provide day-to-day supervision as delegated by the director or supervisor.
