Qualifications

• 5+ years in real estate acquisitions, investments, or related transactions.
• Experience using MLS and for-sale platforms with direct accountability for outcomes.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed acquisition targets in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Source acquisitions via MLS and other for-sale platforms per Buy‑Box parameters.
• Meet KPIs for offer volume, acquisition goals, and asset performance.
• Serve as primary contact for agents/brokers on offers and negotiations.
• Oversee pipeline, offers, underwriting approvals, and contract generation.
• Document all property and transaction information in the CRM daily.
• Conduct CMAs and estimate repairs for as‑is cash offers.
• Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and management partners.
• Travel to potential acquisitions for on-site inspections.
