Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in real estate acquisitions or related fields with MLS experience.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills across offers and contracts.
• Data-driven approach to deal selection and market analysis.

Aufgaben

• Source acquisitions via MLS and listing platforms within buy-box parameters.
• Meet KPI targets for offer volume, acquisition goals, and asset performance.
• Serve as primary contact with RE agents and brokers for offers and negotiations.
• Oversee pipeline performance, offers, underwriting approvals, and contract strategy.
• Document all property and transaction data in the CRM daily.
• Conduct CMA/market analysis to support cash offers.
