• Proficient with CRM systems and MLS for deals and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Source acquisitions via MLS and listing platforms per buy-box parameters.
• Meet KPI targets for offer volume, goals, and asset performance.
• Manage CRM notes and documentation daily; coordinate with agents.
• Oversee offers, underwriting approvals, and contract generation.
• Travel to properties for on-site inspections; attend industry events.
• Collaborate with title, legal, construction, and property management teams.
