Cedar Brook Properties is seeking an MLS Acquisition Specialist to lead acquisitions via MLS and related platforms, with a strong focus on profitable, high-volume asset purchases. The role requires a real estate license, market insight, and disciplined execution in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a base salary range and performance incentives along with comprehensive benefits; candidates in the Charlotte, NC area are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, sales, or transactions utilizing MLS or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in real estate, business, marketing, or sales.
• Proven experience acquiring single-family residential properties and closing deals

Responsibilities

• Source acquisitions via MLS and other listing platforms.
• Meet KPI targets for offer volume and acquisition goals.
• Serve as primary contact for broker/agent negotiations.
• Oversee pipeline, offers, and underwriting approvals.
• Document all property and transaction notes in CRM daily.
• Travel to properties for inspections and to industry events.
