Cedar Brook Properties is seeking a skilled MLS Acquisition Specialist in the Chicago area. You will be the primary contact for MLS acquisitions and drive high-volume transactions with sharp analytical and negotiation skills.

A Real Estate License is required; 5+ years of MLS experience and strong CRM abilities are essential. The role offers a base salary with performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in real estate acquisitions or related transactions using MLS/listing platforms.
• Real estate license required; multiple licenses preferred with transfer to affiliate brokerage.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding acquisition targets in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Source acquisitions via MLS and other listing platforms.
• Meet KPI targets for offer volume and acquisition goals.
• Serve as primary contact for agents/brokers on MLS offers and negotiations.
• Oversee acquisition pipeline, offers, and underwriting approvals.
• Document all property and transaction details in CRM daily.
• Coordinate with title, legal, construction, and property management teams.
• Travel to inspect properties and attend industry events.
