The ideal candidate has 5+ years in real estate acquisitions, strong market understanding, and a license. The role offers base pay plus performance incentives, with comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, sales, or transactions utilizing MLS and other listing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with real estate, business, marketing, or sales as a plus.
• Proven experience acquiring single-family residential properties with data-driven deal selection, offers and closings.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition performance targets in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, pricing trends, CMAs/BPOs, and seller/broker behavior.

Responsibilities

• Source acquisitions via MLS and other listing platforms with local buy-box parameters.
• Meet KPIs for offer volume, acquisition goals and asset performance.
• Serve as primary contact for relationship management with RE agents and brokers on offers and negotiations.
• Oversee acquisition pipeline, offers, underwriting approvals and contract strategies.
• Document all property, offer and transaction details in the CRM daily.
• Conduct on-site property inspections and travel for acquisitions and conferences.
