Job summary

Cedar Brook Properties is seeking an MLS Acquisition Specialist in the Denver, CO area who will source and close high-margin residential acquisitions from MLS listings. You will own the acquisition process, contracts, and negotiations with RE agents and brokers, supported by data-driven decision making and a strong market understanding.

Qualifications

5+ years real estate acquisitions with MLS experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred in real estate, business, marketing or sales.
Proven track record meeting acquisition targets in high-volume markets.
License required; multiple licenses preferred; ability to transfer licenses within 30 days.

Responsibilities

Source acquisitions via MLS and other listing platforms to meet KPI goals.
Serve as primary contact for relationships with RE agents and brokers on offers and negotiations.
Oversee acquisition pipeline, offers, underwriting approvals and contract strategy.
Document property, offers, and interactions in the CRM daily.
Travel for on-site inspections and industry events as needed.
