Auto-Owners Insurance in Lansing, MI, seeks an Application Infrastructure (MLOps) Developer to build and support infrastructure for new or existing systems. The role includes deployment automation, repository maintenance, security, scripting, and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate has OO development experience (Python/C#/Java) and is familiar with CI/CD across SDLCs. Hybrid work is offered; in-person training is followed by flexible days from home up to 3 per week, but fully remote is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• Candidates without a four-year degree may be considered with several years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to learn and effectively use tools and development techniques used in Analytics Division.
• Some object-oriented development experience (Python, C#, and/or Java) is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Docker, Kubernetes, PowerShell, and/or SSRS/SSIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support software application infrastructure, including deployment automation.
• Maintain repositories, ensure application security, scripting, performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, database administrators, security engineers, and test automation engineers.
