Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of first-class and standard mail preparation.
• Technical knowledge of automated mail processing equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a van, box truck, and forklift.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and lead when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily processing of first-class mail and standard mail.
• Operates/Sweeps MLOCR.
• Finalizes first-class presort mail and delivers to Post Office.
• Provides back-up for all route drivers.
• Coordinates fleet service and preventative maintenance.
• Works with others as part of the mail processing team.
• Communicates quality/service issues to Production Manager.
• Reports any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.
• Reports to work as scheduled.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
