Job summary

Press Ganey is hiring an ML Engineer II to expand and scale our Machine Learning and AI capabilities. You will work on core AI initiatives across multiple business units, and improve enterprise software quality end-to-end.

You will build and maintain AI-enabled features within our Java/Spring platform, work with senior teammates, and help productionize models while embracing practical, value-driven AI development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years hands-on ML engineering experience with production ML models.
• Strong CS fundamentals and proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience deploying ML services in enterprise software ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows that integrate with enterprise applications.
• Implement evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and safety frameworks for LLM-powered apps.
• Develop AI-enabled features within a Java/Spring platform and microservices ecosystem.
• Collaborate with AI scientists to productionize models and translate experiments into reliable software.
• Stay current with AI technologies and propose pragmatic adoption strategies.
