Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking an entry-level Program Analyst to support the MK 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS) program at NSWC Port Hueneme Division. This in-office role provides ISEA tasking support across USN and FMS portfolios to sustain fleet readiness and enhance combat system capabilities.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of project coordination experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 0-2 years’ experience in project coordination, analysis, or program support.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and executing ISEA tasking across MK 41 VLS USN and FMS portfolios.
• Collaborate daily across engineering, test, and logistics teams to coordinate multi-disciplinary schedules and ensure milestones.
• Track critical project deliverables and technical timelines impacting readiness and upgrades.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials, draft meeting minutes, and track actions items through resolution.
• Compile comprehensive program management status reports for Navy stakeholders and maintain up-to-date documentation.
