Precise Systems, Inc. seeks a senior-level Program Analyst to support the MK 41 VLS program at NSWC Port Hueneme. This in-office role provides logistics, technical and programmatic support to sustain fleet readiness and modernize launcher systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in DoD program management and naval systems experience, with a Bachelor’s in a related field and a preference for PMP or advanced degrees. U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Systems Management, or a related technical/defense field; Master's or PMP preferred.
• 10+ years of DoD program management, systems engineering support, or lifecycle logistics experience focused on naval weapon systems.
• Deep familiarity with MK 41 VLS launcher components and related assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmatic execution and life-cycle management of ISEA tasking across MK 41 VLS portfolios.
• Direct IPTs and reviews to ensure alignment with Program Office objectives.
• Synchronize engineering, test, and logistics teams to optimize schedules and dependencies.
• Oversee timelines and milestones driving fleet readiness and modernization testing.
• Establish tracking mechanisms for directives and milestones from inception to resolution.
