Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking an entry-level Program Analyst to support the MK 41 VLS program at NSWC Port Hueneme Division. This full-time, in-office role provides ISEA tasking, logistics, and programmatic support across USN and FMS portfolios to sustain fleet readiness and enhance combat system upgrades.

You will collaborate with engineering, test, and logistics teams, prepare presentations, track milestones, and compile status reports for Navy stakeholders while maintaining thorough project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years’ experience in project coordination, analysis, or program support.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Precise Systems is seeking an entry-level Program Analyst to support the MK 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS) program at Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). This full-time, in-office position provides VLS logistics, technical and programmatic support in execution of the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) tasking across the various U.S. Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sale (FMS) project portfolios. This role is critical in aligning engineering, test, and logistics activities with program objectives to sustain fleet readiness and increase combat system capabilities.

Duties:

• Programmatic & Event Support: Assist in managing and executing ISEA tasking across the MK 41 VLS USN and FMS portfolios, actively participating in working groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and program & financial reviews
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate daily across engineering, test, and logistics teams to coordinate multi-disciplinary schedules and ensure all activities align with project & program milestones
• Fleet Readiness Monitoring: Track critical project deliverables and technical timelines that directly impact the operational readiness and combat capability upgrades for USN and FMS navies
• Meeting & Action Tracking: Administer project meetings, conferences, and fleet symposiums by preparing high-quality presentation materials, drafting official meeting minutes, and tracking action items through resolution
• Reporting & Documentation: Compile comprehensive program management status reports for Navy stakeholders while maintaining precise, organized, and up to date project documentation

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field

Required Experience:

• 0-2 years’ experience in project coordination, analysis, or program support

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and logistics teams

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $56,028.12 to $80,042.55 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
