Job summary

Precise Systems seeks an entry-level Program Analyst to support the MK 41 VLS program at NSWC Port Hueneme. This in-office role provides logistics, technical, and programmatic support across USN and FMS portfolios to sustain fleet readiness and enhance combat system capabilities.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking milestones, preparing materials, and compiling status reports for Navy stakeholders. Degree in a related field and 0–2 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years’ experience in project coordination, analysis, or program support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and executing ISEA tasking across USN/FMS portfolios.
• Collaborate across engineering, test, and logistics to align milestones.
• Track deliverables and timelines affecting fleet readiness upgrades.
• Prepare presentation materials and meeting minutes; track action items.
• Compile program management status reports for Navy stakeholders.
