Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking a senior Program Analyst to support the MK 41 VLS program at Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD).

This full-time, in-office role provides VLS logistics, technical and programmatic support for ISEA tasking across USN and FMS portfolios, aligning engineering, test, and logistics with program objectives to sustain fleet readiness and increase combat system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Systems Management, or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programmatic execution and life-cycle management of ISEA tasking across USN/FMS portfolios.
• Direct working groups and IPTs to ensure alignment with Program Office objectives.
• Synchronize engineering, test, and logistics teams to optimize schedules and dependencies.
• Establish and enforce tracking for action items, directives, and milestones.
