Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking an entry-level Program Analyst to support the MK 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS) program at Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). This full-time, in-office role provides VLS logistics, technical and programmatic support in execution of the In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) tasking across USN and FMS portfolios.

This role is critical in aligning engineering, test, and logistics activities with program objectives to sustain fleet readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years' experience in project coordination or program support is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and executing ISEA tasking across MK 41 VLS USN and FMS portfolios.
• Coordinate across engineering, test, and logistics teams to align schedules with milestones.
• Monitor fleet readiness and support program deliverables for USN and FMS navies.
• Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and track action items through resolution.
• Compile program management status reports for Navy stakeholders and maintain documentation.
