Job summary

Precise Systems is seeking an entry-level Program Analyst to support the MK 41 VLS program at NSWC Port Hueneme Division. This full-time, in-office role provides ISEA tasking, logistics, and programmatic support across USN and FMS portfolios to sustain fleet readiness and enhance combat system upgrades.

You will collaborate with engineering, test, and logistics teams, prepare presentations, track milestones, and compile status reports for Navy stakeholders while maintaining thorough project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years’ experience in project coordination, analysis, or program support.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and executing ISEA tasking across MK 41 USN and FMS portfolios.
• Collaborate daily across engineering, test, and logistics teams to align schedules with milestones.
• Track deliverables and technical timelines impacting fleet readiness and upgrades.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials, meeting minutes, and action tracking.
• Compile program management status reports for Navy stakeholders and maintain documentation.
