Responsibilities include preparing beverages, guiding guests with recommendations, maintaining bar cleanliness, and handling payments. A 21+ license and 1 year of bartending experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a 21+ year old with a valid TABC license or ability to obtain one.
• At least 1 year of bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area while complying with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies.
• Assist customers shopping in the store when stepping out from behind the bar.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts.
• Uphold liquor laws, check IDs, and monitor responsible alcohol service.
