Job summary

Beau's Bar by Yellow Rose Kendra Scott in Fort Worth, TX seeks a full-time Bar Leader to act as the store's CEO, driving revenue and guest satisfaction. You will coach a diverse team, manage bar operations, and ensure an elevated hospitality experience while aligning with Kendra Scott culture.

You will lead beverage programs, ensure compliance with liquor laws, and collaborate closely with store leadership to deliver memorable moments for guests who shop and socialize alike.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one.
• Proven mixology skills with ability to craft cocktails to standard recipes.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages (cocktails, beer, wine) per recipes and standards.
• Lead by example and coach team for WOW guest experiences.
• Assist General Manager with bar orders, distributors, and suppliers.
• Assist with monthly inventory and receiving shipments.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations in a welcoming environment.
• Maintain a clean, compliant bar area and uphold health & safety regulations.
• Process payments using POS and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate with team for seamless service during busy shifts.
• Uphold liquor laws, check IDs, and ensure responsible service.

Position Overview

As the full-time Bar Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in delivering WOW customer experiences. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and teaching, you prioritize relationships and attract a diverse network, you make quality decisions to drive results, and your store and team represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively within the Yellow Rose brand.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Leading by example
• Assisting GeneralManager in all bar orders with distributors/ suppliers
• Assisting General Manager in completing monthly inventory andreceiving shipments
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming, inclusive environment
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Stepping out from behind the bar to attend to the customers who are shopping around the store
• Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts
• Uphold all liquor laws and regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service

Qualifications/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED, Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus
• Must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one
