Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a dependable Mixing Department Operator to prepare product according to standard recipe requirements. You will operate commercial grade mixing equipment with computerized control systems, monitor quality and safety, and alert supervisors to any issues.

This role requires strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills, the ability to stand for eight hours, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to walk up to 400 yards to work areas.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operates commercial grade mixing equipment with computerized control systems.
• Follows standard operating procedures and quality controls.
• Alerts supervisors of any quality or safety issues.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
• Works with a flexible schedule and meets production needs.
