MAPEI Corporation in the United States is seeking a Batch Maker Production Operator to prepare and blend raw materials, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will follow production schedules, measure ingredients, operate mixing machines, and transfer materials to maintain supply flow while keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, mechanically inclined candidates
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Able to stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules to prepare batches and add ingredients in order
• Confirm availability and accurate measurement of pre-weighed ingredients
• Operate mixing machines to ensure proper blending
• Transfer materials within the facility to maintain supply flow
• Prepare, label, and send samples to Quality Control
• Organize, label, and palletize products for shipping or storage
• Maintain accurate records meeting quality standards
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift trucks safely
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace following safety standards
