Responsibilities

• Conduct safety pre-checks: Verify that all safety measures are in place, including emergency stops, guards, and PPE.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues during the shift
• Monitor machine processes and respond to any issues
• Check machine setups and conditions daily
• Verify that scales and measuring devices are functioning properly
• Follow SOPs and quality standards
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing PPE
• Ensure all checkpoints and sensors are working correctly
• Confirm machines are operating as intended
• Accurately record information on daily check sheets
• Troubleshoot and communicate issues with the team leader or supervisor
• Report all concerns to the team leader or supervisor
• Operate and understand all mixing equipment
• Participate in 5S activities (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
