Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Minnesota is seeking a Mixing Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will operate mixing equipment, load raw materials, monitor production quality, and support daily production activities in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Shift options include 2nd shift (1:45 PM–10:15 PM) or 3rd shift (9:45 PM–6:15 AM), with weekly pay on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including a respirator.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment.

Job description

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Mixing Operator! In this hands-on role, you'll operate mixing equipment, handle raw materials, monitor quality, and support production in a clean, safety-focused environment. Required PPE may include safety glasses, gloves, hair nets, protective clothing, respirators, and clean room suits.

Shift Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM

Pay

• 2nd Shift: $20.75/hr
• 3rd Shift: $21.50/hr
• Weekly pay every Friday

Job Duties

• Operate mixing equipment and follow batch formulas
