The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or food processing experience and the ability to follow precise instructions, measure ingredients accurately, and maintain accurate production records. Safety and sanitation procedures must be followed throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, production, food processing, mixing, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately measure and weigh ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and written instructions.
• Ability to complete production and quality documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

Accurately weigh and measure raw ingredients according to recipes and batch requirements.

Operate industrial mixers, pumps, blenders, and other production equipment.

Monitor batches for proper consistency, color, and pH levels.

Follow food safety, HACCP, sanitation, and company safety procedures.

Record ingredient batch numbers, weights, processing times, and other production information.

Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, mixing, or machine operating experience preferred.

• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Must be able to follow strict safety and sanitation procedures.
• HACCP or food manufacturing experience is a plus.
