Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete and serve customers at multiple job sites. Class A or B CDL accepted; you’ll be the face of SRM on site, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries with professionalism.

You’ll perform safety checks, maintain records, and work with dispatch for efficient routes while upholding SRM’s service-first culture. Home daily, with overtime opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with a current DOT Medical Card.
• Demonstrated safe driving record and safety focus.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and SRM values.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer truck (CDL) to deliver ready mix to sites safely.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at every job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; maintain vehicle records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and scheduling.
