Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A or B), load and inspect concrete, and provide professional service at every job site.

You will perform safety checks, follow DOT/OSHA protocols, and coordinate with dispatch. SRM offers home daily shifts, opportunities for growth, and competitive hourly pay with overtime and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specs and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect self and team.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
