Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A or B with valid DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving history with commitment to safety and compliance.
• Customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and handle physical work.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and vehicle documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
