Job summary

SP Global DRT seeks a Water Restoration/Mitigation Project Manager to lead field crews in water, fire, smoke, and mold mitigation projects. You’ll direct daily activities, coordinate equipment, ensure safety, and maintain documentation to SERVPRO quality standards.

Reporting to the Mitigation Operations/Production Manager, you will provide hands-on guidance, monitor progress, manage job costs, and communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Prior mitigation/restoration field experience.
• Ability to travel locally or out of state.
• Must be available for on-call weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of mitigation projects from start to finish.
• Provide clear direction and real-time feedback to crews on site.
• Set up staging, equipment, and coordinate job requirements.
• Perform mitigation activities including water extraction and drying.
• Monitor safety and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Document moisture readings and maintain job files.
• Communicate with customers, adjusters, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control job costs, labor, and material usage.
• Travel to job sites as needed for assignments.
