Job summary

Sasser Restoration is seeking a motivated Mitigation Supervisor to lead field teams in delivering high-quality restoration services. You will oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration/mitigation (water, fire, mold, etc.).
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drying techniques and restoration equipment.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Previous experience in restoration/mitigation (water, fire, mold, etc.)
• Leadership Or Supervisory Experience Preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drying techniques and restoration equipment.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
