Job summary

Dryworx Water Damage Restoration in Salem, Oregon, is seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager to oversee the mitigation department. This role manages field operations, supports Project Managers, and ensures compliance with IICRC standards to deliver quality service.

You will lead staff, coordinate scheduling and budgets, review job costing, maintain equipment inventory, and serve as the senior contact for customers and insurance adjusters to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in water mitigation/restoration; 1+ year in a leadership role.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, or AMRT) preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with restoration software (Albi, Xactimate, or similar).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
